Collection

Everything your team has entered, grouped by season. Edit notes inline. New colors are flagged.

Line Sheet

Buyer-ready sheet for the current season. Print → Save as PDF.

+ Add a style from the master:
📋 Paste a list:

Hang Tags · 4×6 thermal

One tag per color a dress comes in (6 colors → 6 tags). Tags are tracked: change a price or colorway after printing and it's flagged for reprint.

⚡ Quick tag — make & print a tag for any existing style:
🔁 Carryover Samples Log carryover styles (already in the style master) brought as samples and check off the colors brought — the number of colors brought = how many tags print.

Runway Order

Build the show lineup. Search any style — this season's or the full style master — set the color walking the runway, reorder, then print a follow-along sheet for stores. The runway color is listed first.

Slides

One slide per style — photo, style #, price, colors, and sizing upcharge — for your Canva presentation.

0 slides ·
How to get these into Canva

Easiest (keeps photos): download the PPTX, then in Canva click Create design → Import file and choose it. Canva turns each style into an editable slide with its photo.
Using your existing template: download the Canva data (CSV) and use Apps → Bulk Create to fill your slide template's text fields (one slide per style). Photos are added from the PPTX or your Canva uploads.

Orders · from stores

Orders your stores submit from the ordering link land here. Review, then approve. Approving finalizes the order.

🔁 Store info changes Retailers who updated their contact/shipping at order time. Update your CRM & inventory server, then mark synced.

Export to N41

The exact 52-column upload file. Each style becomes one row per color × size, with A/B suffixes and plus-size pricing applied automatically.

Setup

One-time: load your current N41 styles so the app can recognize existing dresses and assign new style numbers.

Paste the two values from your Supabase project (Settings → API). They're safe to store here. Once connected, everyone who opens the app sees and updates the same live data.

Matches factory/vendor numbers to existing style numbers, learns every exact color, and remembers which style numbers are taken (new ones start at 11500).

Upload your real Sophia Thomas logo (PNG with transparent background works best). It appears on hang tags, line sheets, and the top bar. For thermal labels a solid black logo prints cleanest.

Each factory auto-fills country of origin and vendor number when you add a style under it. Loading the N41 master creates these automatically; you can rename or add more.

• If the factory/vendor number matches an existing style in your N41 master, that same style number is reused — and the dress is added to this season with its new colors.
• If it's brand new, the app assigns the next free number starting at 11500.
• You can override the suggested number on any style before saving.

Finds styles marked NEW whose vendor # actually matches an existing style, and corrects the number.
Change this only if you want new numbering to start somewhere else.
🎲 Randomize style numbers
Shuffles the numbers among your new (app-assigned) styles so a factory's batch isn't sitting in one consecutive block. Same set of numbers, just mixed up — no gaps, no numbers changed for matched/existing styles. Requires a separate PIN.

📸 Bulk photo upload

Select image files named by their Sophia Thomas style number (e.g. 11500.jpg, B336.png, V207.jpg). Each image attaches to that style everywhere — slides, line sheets, and the store ordering catalog. For more than one shot of a style, add a suffix: 11500-2.jpg, 11500-3.jpg (up to 3).

— or select a whole folder (incl. subfolders) —
Tip: point this at your synced Dropbox folder on this computer to grab every image across all subfolders at once. Only files named by a style number are used.

⭐ Top Sellers

Curate the styles that appear in the Top Sellers category of the store ordering app — a spotlight to drive sales. Drag order with the ↑↓ buttons.

📅 Completion dates by category

The completion date printed on each order is set here per category — stores can't change it. Set a date for each; the order uses the date for its category.

🔐 Secure vault (card # / SSN)

Sets a private passphrase so stores' full card numbers and SSNs are encrypted — only you, with this passphrase, can read them here. Stores and other retailers never can. Set it once; keep it safe (it can't be recovered).

🔑 Store accounts & logins

Private lookup for your team. Each store logs in with their account # and the city on file — find those here if a store forgets. You can also set each store's terms here (terms are not shown on the store's own form).

Click “Load” to pull your store accounts.
