Up to 3 photos per slide and up to 3 slides per style (based on how many photos you've added). Tap 🎨 Design slides to move, zoom, crop, rotate and adjust each photo — it flows into the PPTX for Canva.
Easiest (keeps photos): download the PPTX, then in Canva click Create design → Import file and choose it. Canva turns each style into an editable slide with its photo.
Using your existing template: download the Canva data (CSV) and use Apps → Bulk Create to fill your slide template's text fields (one slide per style). Photos are added from the PPTX or your Canva uploads.

The exact 52-column upload file. Each style becomes one row per color × size, with A/B suffixes and plus-size pricing applied automatically.
Setup
One-time: load your current N41 styles so the app can recognize existing dresses and assign new style numbers.
🗂 Tabs that open when you sign in
Pick which tabs open automatically each time you log in — for your own efficiency. (Tabs also stay open across a refresh; they only reset when you sign out.)
Paste the two values from your Supabase project (Settings → API). They're safe to store here. Once connected, everyone who opens the app sees and updates the same live data.
Matches factory/vendor numbers to existing style numbers, learns every exact color, and remembers which style numbers are taken (new ones start at 11500).
Upload your real Sophia Thomas logo (PNG with transparent background works best). It appears on hang tags, line sheets, and the top bar. For thermal labels a solid black logo prints cleanest.
Each factory auto-fills country of origin and vendor number when you add a style under it. Loading the N41 master creates these automatically; you can rename or add more.
• If the factory/vendor number matches an existing style in your N41 master, that same style number is reused — and the dress is added to this season with its new colors.
• If it's brand new, the app assigns the next free number starting at 11500.
• You can override the suggested number on any style before saving.
📸 Bulk photo upload
Select image files named by their Sophia Thomas style number (e.g. 11500.jpg, B336.png, V207.jpg). Each image attaches to that style everywhere — slides, line sheets, and the store ordering catalog. For more than one shot of a style, add a suffix: 11500-2.jpg, 11500-3.jpg (up to 10). Pick which ones show to stores in Order Images.
🟦 Pull images from Dropbox
Pull product photos straight from Dropbox — no downloading and re-uploading. It scans a Dropbox folder (including subfolders) and attaches any image whose file name or folder name is a Sophia Thomas style number (e.g. 11500.jpg, B336-2.png, or a /11500/front.jpg folder). Up to 20 photos per style. Re-running refreshes styles with any new/added shots — safe to run again anytime.
One-time setup — get your Dropbox access token
- Go to dropbox.com/developers/apps → Create app → Scoped access → Full Dropbox → name it (e.g. "ST Photos").
- Open the app's Permissions tab, enable files.metadata.read and files.content.read, then Submit.
- On the Settings tab, under Generated access token, click Generate and copy it.
- Paste it below. It's stored only on this device — never synced to the cloud.
⭐ Top Sellers spotlights
Two spotlights in the store ordering app — one for Prom & Homecoming, one for Bridal. They update automatically to the top 25 booked styles per category as orders come in. Use Reset / Pull now if you ever need to fix them by hand.

📅 Cancel / completion dates by category
Each order is split onto separate order forms by category, and each form prints its own cancel date. Prom & Homecoming share a date, Bridal & Veils share a date, and Quinceañera has its own. Stores can't change these.
🔐 Secure vault (card # / SSN)
Sets a private passphrase so stores' full card numbers and SSNs are encrypted — only you, with this passphrase, can read them here. Stores and other retailers never can. Set it once; keep it safe (it can't be recovered).
👤 Users & roles
Signed in as Owner. Create roles (choose which tabs each can open — Hidden, View, or Edit — plus a few sensitive functions), then add a login for each person. Your owner password always has full access.
🛟 Backups & recovery
A full snapshot of everything — styles, prices, photo links, curation, settings, all orders, and all store accounts — is saved automatically once a day into your own storage and kept forever. Photo files are never erased when you delete, and orders are never hard-deleted (kept & recoverable). Use Recover photos if photos went missing, or Restore to bring back an earlier snapshot (missing orders/accounts are re-added, current ones are never overwritten).

🏷 Current market / show
Name the market or show you're currently taking orders for (e.g. Dallas Market — Aug 2026). If a store doesn't enter a PO number, this is used as the default P.O. on their order form.
Turn ON during market/shows: stores' orders need a Sophia Thomas rep PIN and the packet prints for signing. Turn OFF the rest of the year for a streamlined store checkout — no PIN, no print pop-up (a copy is still emailed).
📊 Order history import (reps see past seasons)
Upload your Sales Order Register so reps can see each store's previous seasons — total pieces and dollars. Needs columns for account, season, pieces, amount (the delivered sophia-order-history.csv works as-is; a raw SO export with customer / type / totalQty / extPrice also works). Re-upload anytime to refresh.
📦 In-stock (O.T.S.) report — daily upload
Upload today's O.T.S. (Open To Sell) export. The order app then shows the in-stock, ready-to-ship sizes per style; those quantities count down as orders are placed to prevent overselling, until you upload a fresh report the next day.
👑 Quinceañera discount
Quinceañera styles sell from in-stock only. Set a discount and the store app shows the reduced price automatically. A per-style sale price below overrides the global percent.
👥 Showroom reps & PINs
Each showroom rep gets a PIN. Reps enter their PIN to submit an order, so you always know who worked with the store. The rep also prints on the order form.
